Definition of a Shed:
Webster’s defines a shed as “a slight structure built for shelter or storage… a single-storied building with one or more sides unenclosed… a building that resembles a shed… hut” The use of the word slight instead of small seems relevant. Also noteworthy is the inference that a building can fit the definition of shed merely by resembling a shed. Perhaps a shed has so much leeway in definition because of it’s adaptability in fulfilling our more slight desires. A home is clearly made such when someone lives there. A shed is a little more open minded
